Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Our Personal Support Worker (PSW) training program prepares compassionate professionals to provide essential, individualized care to clients who require daily living assistance. Trainees learn how to support individuals with chronic illnesses, physical disabilities, or age-related limitations, ensuring they maintain dignity, independence, and a high quality of life within a home-care setting.
The curriculum emphasizes practical caregiving skills combined with empathetic communication and respect for client autonomy. Students are trained in personal hygiene management, nutritional assistance, mobility support, and basic health monitoring. By the end of this course, our PSWs are fully equipped to serve as reliable, trusted partners in daily health and wellness maintenance.
