General Duty Assistant (GDA)

The General Duty Assistant (GDA) training program trains competent healthcare support personnel to work alongside doctors, nurses, and clinical teams. GDAs play a critical role in patient care by managing non-clinical hospital and home-care duties, maintaining patient hygiene, and ensuring medical equipment is clean and organized. This course bridges clinical requirements with practical execution.

Students are trained in fundamental healthcare practices, infection control protocols, patient transport assistance, and maintaining clinical documentation. The program stresses high professional standards, punctuality, and compassionate patient communication. Graduates are fully qualified to support patient recovery across hospitals, clinics, and home-based healthcare setups.
